CoSterol is an all plant based formulation that combines plant sterols (pine trees), beta glucan (barley) and
soluble fiber. Plant sterols are plant based macro-nutrients naturally present in fruits, vegetables, nuts, 
seeds, cereal, legumes, and vegetable oil. Beta-glucan from barley helps lower or reduce cholesterol. 
Amount recommended for cholesterol lowering effect is 3g/day. A serving of CoSterol contains 2g of
plant sterols.
